Blog Updated + New Stuff

Hey everyone!

I finally put this bad boy into shape. He submitted to my demands and now he's serving me just the way I like it. He's now a good boy.

Now, about the blog... I finally got it to work the way I wanted. Blogger is a bit of a pain, especially for someone like me that likes to play around with the code. Luckily, I'm a smart cookie and have a backup of the backup of a backup of the blog's template, so if I screw up, it won't matter.

It's very hard for me to find a nice and simple blog template I like. I've been searching for ages for one, and I still haven't found one that would make me say: This is the one! So, in the meantime, this layout and theme will have to do.

I just don't understand why is it so HARD to commit to a template. I have done blogs for three contests now and all them turned out just perfect, so why cannot I do the same for my blog?!?! Oh the issues of a blogger lover...

In any case, while I continue on the search of THE ONE, I have updated the blog with new pics and a new pretty drop down menu. There is a surprise for those reading The Perfect Girl in the Picteasers section, so you should definitely check it out ;)

TPG Chapter 2 Picteaser

I had submitted a picteaser to Fictease for their Snapshots Saturdays, but the blog hasn't posted them yet, so I thought I would share it here.

Like I said before, updates will be every Sunday. I’ll be posting a small teaser for the next chapter at Fictease and it should be up on Tuesday. If there is no chapter teaser on Tuesday, I’ll post a pictease on that same site, but those go up on Saturday. So, go check out that awesome site, would you? Some pretty cool ladies run it and I admire them all.

The Perfect Girl Chapter 1 Update

Hey Everyone!

Like promised, The Perfect Girl is back on track and the first chapter has been posted.

Updates will be every Sunday starting on February 2nd. Why, you may ask?

I want to have a few chapters ready to post before sticking to the once a week schedule. The story's had some major re-write and I had been able to set out a tighter outline. When I first started this fic I had no freaking clue what the hell I was doing, but now I know better. The chapters will be around the 4k mark and I hope you enjoy it this second time just like you guys did the first time.

So, please let me know what you think and I'll see you again with another update on February 2nd.

Stories Update

Twists and Knots (Tie Me Down Sequel) is almost done, the prologue and first chapter will be included in the Christmas Wishes Toys for Tots Compilation. You still have time to get this compilation, last day to donate to Toy for Tots is December 24th, so please go and help this amazing cause.

Once I get the green light from the compilation, I will re-post Tie Me Down on fanfiction.net that same weekend, and then I'll post one chapter a day of the sequel. I didn't get to finish up all the chapters for the compilation, there are a few scenes that are giving me a headache (damn you, Domlisle) and the last thing I wanted was for you guys to read something rushed and not how it was meant to be, so i decided to just sent the beginning and let you all hang until later *cue evil laugh*

Also, in case you are wondering, I'll be finishing up To Thine Own Self Be True. The last chapters are almost done and I need to send them to my beta, but with the holidays approaching, I don't think I will be able to post this month, so January will be the month to finish up that story (Yes, yes... I know, I can hear the the FINALLY! from here)

To The Perfect Girl readers (if there are still any out there), the first five chapters are done, but I want at least ten in my bank before I start posting. The chapters have change in length, but that means you will probably get two updates a week, which is why I'm trying to stock up on them so I won't keep you waiting. I'll post something here when I upload the first chapter.

Thanks to everyone that have sent me an email asking for my stories and congratulating me on the Dior Rob Contest, that one-shot will remain a one-shot for a whiiiiiiiiiiile. I have plans for it, but I owe my readers to finish the stories I have on hiatus first.
