I know some of you know this and some might have heard rumors about it, I certainly got a LOT of PM's this last two days about updates. All I can say is this: I WILL finish my stories, they are NOT on hiatus, and I DO write chapters ahead of time. The reason why I haven't updated ANY of my stories is because I had a problem with my laptop and I lost everything. And I mean, EVERYTHING! Family photos, school projects, work projects, chapter outlines, everything... I even got fired because I lost a work project and had to postpone the dateline a few weeks.
So, I'm now looking for a job and trying to not fail all of my classes at the same time. I still got one more stressful week, and then I will be able to go back to see if I can find pieces of the chapters I lost. Thanks to Annie, my prereader extraordinaire, I was able to save L&S's chapter 5 and 6 outlines. I even have the first 5 pages of chapter 5 already written, which is from where I took this teaser. TPG's chapters were not so lucky and I only have a small teaser I had posted on facebook for my betas. But no worries, I have a journal where I tend to write outlines for TPG so I think not everything is lost. (thank God).
So there you have it. I'm sorry for this and I wish I had done a back up on an external hard drive a long time ago, I guess I have learned my lesson. I hope you like the teasers and see ya soon!
L&S CHAPTER 5 TEASER
“NO!” Emmett yelled again, “I never asked for this, dude!”
“Um, yes you did.” I took my phone out of my pocket and searched for the email, “I got your email with the link to the store and everything!”
“There is no email!” Emmett whimpered when he noticed Rosalie furious stare.
“I never pegged you for those guys with a fetish to fuck an Asian girl, Emmett,” said Jasper from where he was now sitting on the floor next to Bella.
“DUDE!” Emmett whimpered, “There is no fetish, there is no email and I didn’t ask for an Asian blow up doll!”
“Give me the phone!” snapped Rosalie at me, extending her hand for my phone, which I gave up quickly.
“BROS BEFORE HOES?!” screeched Rosalie, she threw the phone back at me and ran out of the room fuming.
That’s when we all lost it and started laughing our asses off.
“Rosie, wait!” Emmett made his way towards the door, but before he left he looked at us on the floor laughing and growled, “I want explanations, and you better help me fix this with her!”
We just kept laughing as he stormed out of my bedroom behind Rosalie.
“That was epic!” Bella gasped between laughs.
“Oh, man. Your dad is the best!” Jasper said as he tried to regain his breath.
“I know,” I grinned like a loony and enjoyed the sweet taste of revenge.
TPG CHAPTER 7 TEASER
Alice's POV
He huffed out a frustrated sound, but I could see the corners of his mouth turning up as he fought a smile every time he his gaze passed by the folder on top of his desk.
“You should know by now to never bet against me, Edward.” I said with a little bit of cockiness, “or to never lie to me, for that matter. It is my job after all to be always in the know,” I winked.
He narrowed his eyes at me, but finally smiled and stood up and kissed me on the cheek. “I have certainly learned my lesson, my dear friend,” he chuckled, “and thank you, though I doubt neither Jasper nor Paul had anything to do with this folder’s content, since you are the one delivering it to me.” I threw my head back in laugher, “Those two shmucks are too concerned with all the tech and safe issues to notice you making goey eyes to a pretty girl, Edward.”
